Botulinum Toxin A is our most popular treatment to soften lines and wrinkles. It is the most requested cosmetic procedure in the world today. It’s most commonly used to treat in-between the eyebrows, ‘crow’s feet’ around the eyes and forehead lines.
Whenever you laugh, frown, concentrate or squint, your facial muscles contract and your skin creases. As you get older your skin loses its elasticity and those creases deepen into lines and wrinkles. Frown lines between your eyes can become particularly noticeable at a relatively young age, making you look angry, worried or unhappy even when you’re not.
Botulinum Toxin A works by relaxing the muscles that create lines, restoring a more youthful, less stressed expression to your face.
Most of our clients prefer Botulinum Toxin A injections in small dosages and more frequently. This approach requires more skill on the part of the practitioner and delivers a softened, fresh, beautiful, natural look.
The result after treatment lasts 4-6 months on average. If you opt for a smaller dose, you may have to get injections again in less than 4 months if you want to maintain your new look.
Many people find after several treatments that they don’t need another one for longer because they “unlearned” the habit of the frowning or squinting that originally led to the development of these lines.
We offer a free follow up two weeks after every Botulinum Toxin treatment to ensure that the treatment meets your expectations. If necessary, a free ‘top up’ can be given at this appointment.
The treatment itself takes around 15 minutes to complete and after the treatment, you will be able to return to your normal activities immediately. There is no downtime. Although some minor redness, swelling or rarely bruising may occur at the injection site that can be covered up with makeup.

Dermal fillers are based on a substance that occurs naturally in your body – a sugar molecule that exists naturally in almost all living organisms. During the procedure, small doses of pure hyaluronic acid get injected into the skin.
Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in the human body. It’s a moisture-binding ingredient that keeps skin plump and hydrated and, yes, young-looking.
The effect is immediate; brows and cheeks are lifted, the jaw is defined, under-eye circles are lightened, marionette shadows are softened.

Diamond Microdermabrasion

Skincare infusion
Iontophoresis is a process of transdermal drug delivery by use of a voltage gradient on the skin. WHAT ARE ‘THREADS’ & WHAT CAN BE TREATED?
“Threads” are fine synthetic fibres made of a material called Polydioxanone (PDO), which has a long history of safe and reliable use in surgery as “stitches” to close wounds. This material will dissolve over time and be completely eliminated from your body.
Traditionally, the only reliable treatment available for loose skin or skin laxity issues was to wait until the problem was serious enough to undergo a surgical “facelift” operation, with therapies such as HIFU and RF only able to be used for mild cases of skin laxity and proving largely unreliable.
Threads now offer a non-surgical, injectable alternative to traditional surgical facelift procedures as well as having the potential to improve the condition of the skin. The treatment objective depends on the type of thread being used:

This unique treatment protocol combines hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster with Botulinum Toxin A injected into the skin with an innovative device.
It aims to give your skin a ‘red carpet-look’ i.e. minimise pores, soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as give your skin a soft smooth glow.
Hyaluronic acid attracts moisture, which super-hydrates the skin. Tiny doses of Botulinum Toxin A softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, smoothens the skin surface and tightens pores while still maintaining facial mobility and expression.
This treatment also stimulates your skin’s own production of collagen.
You will notice subtle lifting of your facial contour, together with more radiant, luminous skin over the following 2-3 weeks,

It is by no means a painful treatment. Most of our patients described the sensation being as if your skin is snapped by a rubber band. There is an option for you to have topical anaesthetics applied prior to the treatment, although there may be an extra charge for this. Please discuss this with our cosmetic nurse during the consultation.
Whilst visible results can be seen after just one treatment, it is the cumulative results one month after the second session that are the most exciting! We recommend that you have two consecutive treatments, 4 weeks apart. Gradually following each session, the complexion and texture of the skin should look increasingly radiant and the skin should become firmer.
European studies showed a 67% improvement in complexion radiance in the face, a 69% improvement in hydration, and an 83% improvement of fine lines and wrinkles after the procedure.
One of the great advantages of this treatment is that the effects are long-lasting. However, the results are not permanent – duration depends on many factors including your skin type, lifestyle and age.
After the initial two treatments, follow-up sessions are normally recommended around every 6 to 12 months.
